Our dance gymnastics classes bring you an exhilarating class combining popular gymnastics floor-work with choreographed sequences with the goal of giving students the tools to execute impressive acrobatics moves within a show-stopping dance routine. Classes will stretch and challenge students physically and mentally and aim to develop fitness, strength, self-confidence, rhythm, co-ordination and flexibility in dance and acrobatics.
